Samsung Has Unveiled The Android 4.1.2 GALAXY Grand With 5.0-inch WVGA Display




Samsung has announced the launch of the two new smartphones GALAXY Grand and GALAXY Grand Duos on its official blog, Samsung Tomorrow. It also said that the dual-sim version GALAXY Grand Duos will arrive first in the market. 


The Samsung GALAXY Grand comes with a 5-inch WVGA TFT screen and is powered by Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). This smartphone runs on a dual-core processor at 1.2GHz and has 1GB RAM. 

A 2-megapixel front camera capable of making 720p video calls and an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. Running on a 2,100mAh battery, the GALAXY Grand has connectivity features like 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, S Voice and microUSB. Other features of the device include Direct Call, Smart Alert, Popup Video and AllShare Play. 

The GALAXY Grand will be available in two versions – The Dual SIM version (GT-I9082) will launch first and the single SIM version (GT-I9080) will follow.
